About
I turn marketplace complexity into margin.
For nearly ten years at Carvana — a Fortune 500 online retailer — I’ve worked across inventory planning, pricing, and acquisition strategy to help it buy, price, and sell better. My approach never changes: I use data to find where a business can be fundamentally better, then partner across teams to make it real.

How I operate
I’ve always been something of a contradiction in corporate America: the analytical rigor enterprises rely on, brought by someone who stays distinctly himself. These principles are what built the track record.
Lead through partnership, not authority
The best analysis is worthless if no one acts on it. I move organizations with soft power — bringing teams along rather than mandating from above.
Translate complexity into clear decisions
Models and data only matter when they resolve into a choice someone can make today. I do the hard work of making the complicated obvious.
Stay close to operations
Strategy that ignores how the work actually happens fails on contact with reality. I keep one foot on the floor so the plan survives execution.
Experience
My career at Carvana moved quickly, propelled by a willingness to step into whatever the business needed as it became one of the fastest-growing companies in U.S. history. Today, as Senior Manager of Inventory Planning, I own gross-profit forecasting and acquisition strategy, supporting executive decisions on profitability and inventory mix — working across Vehicle Data Science, Retail Science, Inventory Analytics, Accounting, FP&A, and Purchasing.
- Pioneered customer-segmentation methods that shaped how inventory is priced and allocated.
- Designed pricing systems still in production at enterprise scale.
- Built two generations of gross-profit planning and forecasting.
- Reinvented inventory acquisition strategy, materially improving supply efficiency and unit economics.
- Scaled analytical throughput by 100%+ with no added headcount — through tooling, automation, and process redesign.
- Developed analysts and leaders who now run business units up to the Senior Director level.
Before Carvana, I modeled facility-wide production capacity and equipment effectiveness (OEE) for Panasonic’s North American battery operations, and audited manufacturer contracts in SOX-regulated engagements at Grant Thornton — an engineering-and-audit foundation that still shapes how I think about systems and controls.

Education
My graduate focus examined the anomalies between orthodox financial theory and historical evidence — viewed through the lens of complexity.
President of the University of Nevada Supermileage Vehicle Club — where efficiency engineering first became a habit of mind.
Why Evdokimo Consulting
Big-business firepower, for the little guy.
The more capital, employees, and breadth a company has, the more it can accomplish. I started Evdokimo Consulting to close that gap — leveraging my expertise and AI to bring the complex retail science, inventory control, and forecasting math of the Fortune 500 to the businesses that cannot staff a full analytics team.
I live in a small town, Apache Junction, Arizona. I keep three classic cars and shop local wherever I can — because I believe something important is lost when opportunity and capability concentrate in only the largest cities and companies. Putting advanced tooling and economic frameworks in everyone’s hands expands the reach of local business — and, with it, the health of the communities and people behind it.
